We understand how important it is to deliver your products quickly and safely. That’s why we work with trusted courier partners like UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and other reliable service providers to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Charges:

FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders (Prepaid & Cash on Delivery).

FREE SHIPPING FOR UK ORDERS placed via this website.

For all other international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and shown at checkout.

Taxes & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We advise checking your country’s customs policies before ordering.

If the customer refuses to pay these charges or does not accept the parcel, Vidhusha will not be liable for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Timelines:

As our products are handcrafted, we require 10–15 working days from order placement to dispatch (for both domestic and international orders).

During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen events (political unrest, public holidays, natural calamities), there may be an additional delay of 5–10 working days. In such cases, our team will update you via email or phone.

RECEIVING ORDER GUIDELINES

Since we ship through third-party courier companies, we want to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

If your parcel appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please record a video and take images immediately.

Do not accept the delivery in such cases.

Email the images/videos along with your order number to our support team so we can resolve the issue quickly with the courier partner.

ORDER PROCESS

Once you place an order:

1. Your order is processed in our system and sent to our production unit.

2. Each product goes through multiple quality checks before packing.

3. Your order is securely packed and handed over to our courier partner.

4. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your order’s journey on the courier’s official website.

PAYMENT POLICY

Worldwide Shipping:

We ship to 220+ countries. Eligibility for shipping is confirmed during checkout.

Prepaid & COD Orders:

Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Payment Options:

We accept major Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and eWallets.

Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders up to ₹10,000 only.

For international orders (except UK free shipping), we accept prepaid payments only via Paypal.

Credit Notes:

If a credit note is issued, it will be sent to your registered email. It can be used once on our website within 3 months from the date of issue.
